Facebook just Kindly reminded me that this day in 2016 the roaster was on a boat and I had just finished installing the workbench for her. She’s been taken apart, parts seperated and parts lost, assembled, ran hard and put away steaming to many times to count Not once has she failed to light or roast as good of coffee as I let her. Aproaching 5klbs. Thanks Mill City!

I'm going to hold my tasting notes for a few days: summary: Uddo is wine like- Old school Cab Franc. The Guji Gerba is a complex and developing. Fruit assault on coffee norms. Both are exceptional.
