Happy National Apple Strudel Day!
In February 2017, Little Austria started making their first apple strudels in ChefScape Kitchen kitchen in Ashburn, VA, and selling them at local farmers markets. Almost 10 years later, Little Austria has grown into a manufacturing business delivering many kinds of strudels across state lines by staying true to the traditional recipe and strudel-making-techniques.
Today, we celebrate this wonderful Austrian pastry that has shaped our lives for the past decade, and we look forward to many more apple strudels made in the Little Austria Bakery in Sterling.
