The Platter: 1/2 Pound Brisket, 1/2 Pound Pulled Pork, one if each of all of our sides, a cobbler, 2 dinner rolls, BBQ Sauce, and Pickles

(Pre Ordering is not mandatory but helps me calculate how much BBQ to bring to the party. Example, if 50 platters are pre ordered, I know I need to bring enough to fill 150 platters)
