Goodmorning Parfé customers and community-

With heavy hearts, we want to inform you all, we have made the tough decision to permanently close Parfé Ice Cream Cafe. Today being our last day.

While building in our community over the past year, we have been assessing our ability to continue growing Parfé while keeping up with our own personal desires, but in short, the weight of continuing our business has grown overwhelming.

We want you all to know this decision was not in any way taken lightly, and it would not be something we would do unless we felt it necessary.

To anyone that decided to give us the opportunity to serve you, we are endlessly grateful. You helped us follow our dreams which drove us to realize our true passions for the future. To the gluten free community, it has truly been so special for us to give you something safe to enjoy, even if it may of been for a short while.

We are thrilled to have been able to know all of you, and we are excited to take this growth and knowledge forward with us to our next adventure. We hope some of you still may be around for whatever that may be.

Thank you for so many memories we will cherish for years to come. Thank you all, for everything.

Some pictures from our one year anniversary last Sunday!🍨1️⃣🎈 We had quite the busy day or else we wish we got more pictures of our awesome customers!🥰

Thank you so much to all who have supported us this past year. Spreading the word, leaving reviews, interacting with our social media, stopping in, it all has meant SO much. We are thankful for this community we have built with our customers, and the connections we have made. Getting to know some of you personally, and the conversations we get to have make our day!😁

Most importantly, we are overjoyed we get to bring more options to the gluten free restaurant space in Metro Detroit. It never gets old for us to hear so many of your stories when you come in, and thank us for you, your kids, your family, your friend… getting to enjoy ice cream in a shop again or maybe for the first time ever. That is what makes all of this worth while for us.

Starting this business as young entrepreneurs, we have had alot to learn this past year.. and still do. Through success and difficulties, we sincerely appreciate everyone who has been on this journey with us since the beginning, and those that even just learned about us. Thank you for any advice you all have given, especially from other small business owners who know what it’s like.

This is more than just an ice cream shop to us. We are a small business with big dreams, and hopefully this is just the beginning for us!😊

Wow what a day so far. We wanted to update that we will be closing at 9PM tonight instead of 10PM due to an unprecedented demand. Thanks for all the love today, you guys have ate up almost all our ice cream😆

Thanks for stopping in Sterling Heights Police Department!😄 Awesome to have some of these officers as regulars!

Officer Krassa & Officer Fettig needed to escape the summer heat, so they stopped in at Parfé Ice Cream Cafe to chat with the owner & sample the delicious 🍨

Our C.O.R.E. (Community Outreach & Resident Engagement) team is always making new connections within our community. Whether it be stopping at a business, or helping set up a neighborhood watch in your neighborhood, these officers are helping build bridges in our community.
