The Purple Goat would like to extend our condolences to Lisa Scroggins and the entire Scroggins family on the passing of Jim Scroggins.

Jim was a friend of ours for more than 30 years, and his loss will be felt by many throughout our community. He was someone we had a great deal of respect for, and we are grateful for the friendship, conversations, and memories shared over the years.

His familiar face will certainly be missed at Sunday brunches, random lunch drop-ins, and the many moments in between that became part of the routine over the years. Those simple visits are often the ones that leave the biggest impact.

Our thoughts are with Lisa and the Scroggins family during this difficult time. We know Jim touched the lives of many people, and he will be greatly missed.

Please keep the Scroggins family in your thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.
