Our hearts are truly full of gratitude. 🥹🙏🏼
We want to say THANK YOU to every single person who has supported us, trusted us, shared our food, recommended us, and continued to show us love throughout this journey.
We are incredibly honored and grateful to announce that Taqueria La Chaparrita y Birrieria won in THREE categories at Best of Erath County 2026! 🏆🏆🏆❤️
This means more to us than we could ever put into words. After so much hard work, sacrifices, challenges, and many unforgettable moments, this recognition reminds us why we started and why we keep going.
We truly couldn’t have done it without our amazing customers and our community. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our small family business. ❤️

And now… WE’RE COMING BACK! 🌮🔥
After being away for some time, we are so excited to announce that we will officially reopen on:

📅 THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1ST
We are coming back with some exciting changes, including a new temporary schedule and NEW ITEMS coming to our menu! 👀🌮🔥

For a little while, someone special will be helping take care of the taqueria while I take some time to focus on personal matters and get everything settled. ❤️

You may notice a few changes along the way, but we are excited to continue serving our community and sharing the food you all love. 🌮❤️

🕐 TEMPORARY HOURS

THURSDAY: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
FRIDAY: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
SATURDAY: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
SUNDAY: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

These hours will be temporary for now while we get everything settled and see what works best for our business and our customers. ❤️

We are beyond excited to see you all again, serve you our food, and start this new chapter together.

Dear La Chaparrita family ❤️,

We want to sincerely apologize for being closed these past few weeks. Due to some personal matters, we will remain closed for approximately 3-4 more weeks. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time.
We are looking forward to coming back soon, and we may be returning with a new schedule to better serve you. We can’t wait to welcome you all back and continue sharing our delicious birria tacos with our amazing community. 🌮❤️
