The Florida Freedom Tour is rolling into Steinhatchee on Memorial Day with interactive traveling museums honoring Florida’s incredible role in American history as part of the America 250 celebration!

📍 Location: Roy’s Parking Lot
🕙 Doors Open: 10:00 AM

The Florida Freedom Tour features two transformed 18-wheelers filled with museum-style exhibits and artifacts from the Museum of Florida History, bringing Florida’s story directly to communities across all 67 counties.

🚛 Interactive exhibits highlighting:
⭐ Florida’s role before and after 1776
⭐ Historic artifacts & displays
⭐ Educational experiences for all ages
⭐ Florida’s contribution to America’s story

Also happening on Memorial Day - a special ceremony and street reveal for renaming First Avenue to Freedom Avenue. The street naming and ceremony is the work effort of the American Legion Post 291. All taking place in the old Jiffy store parking lot. — honoring our past and inspiring our future.
