☀️ Summer is officially in full effect… which means it’s the perfect time for The Ellie Effect.
A longtime favorite on our cocktail menu and created by one of our own behind the bar, this drink was made for warm nights and patio season.
Pineapple–Thai chili infused tequila, passion fruit purée, lime, agave, and a Tajín rim come together for something bright, tropical, refreshing, and finished with just the right amount of heat.
