Erin Harpe is an award-winning acoustic and electric blues singer, guitarist, and songwriter known for her dynamic finger-style guitar technique. Growing up surrounded by the Piedmont and Delta blues, Erin learned finger-style acoustic guitar from her father, Neil Harpe, who is a D.C.-area roots musician and vintage guitar expert. She is frequently compared to legendary blues women like Memphis Minnie and Bonnie Raitt.

Erin Harpe Country Blues Duo: An acoustic project with her husband and bassist, Jim Countryman . The duo plays traditional, back-porch style blues featuring Erin on vocals, guitar, kazoo, and foot percussion.

Meet Executive Chef Jonas Shaffner! If you’ve dined with us at BLU Point, chances are you’ve already experienced his talent on the plate through dishes layered with texture, color, and flavor. When he’s not cooking, you’ll find Jonas behind the camera, enjoying or making music, and hanging out with his American Cocker Spaniel, Bean.
