We thought it was time to reintroduce ourselves. We’re Anchor Point Café—a locally owned café built around fresh food, handcrafted drinks, and creating an experience that feels like more than simply grabbing a cup of coffee.

Along with our newly expanded menu of breakfast options, light-fare bites, teas, handcrafted espresso drinks, and seasonal creations, we now offer:

▪️ Fresh-made sourdough loaves in Plain, Mediterranean, and Cheddar Jalapeño.

▪️ Fresh-baked bagels in Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Pumpkin Spice, Everything, Blueberry, and Cranberry Walnut.

▪️ Cinnamon rolls, danishes, coffee cake, and fresh-baked English muffins.

Whether you’re joining us for your morning coffee, meeting a friend for breakfast, stopping in for a light bite, or taking something freshly baked home, we want every visit to feel welcoming, intentional, and worth looking forward to.

It's Labor Day week at The Rock, and for once, I don't have 47 major announcements to give you.

There are a few things you'll want to know before the long weekend.

We will be closing at 1 PM this Thursday and reopen next Tuesday, as we head out for a Labor Day weekend vendor opportunity.

For our Rock members, your 24-hour gym access continues as usual. Our staffed operations will close early, but your normal member access to the gym isn't changing.

Over at Anchor Point, we're starting to welcome fall back. The Pumpkin Maple Latte is back, the Salted Caramel Latte is back, and you'll start seeing some other fall flavors make their way onto the menu too.

We're also continuing to bring in fresh sourdough, bagels and English muffins. Stop in for breakfast, grab something with your coffee, or take some home for later.

Anchor Point and Bell Haven are both open to the public, so you do not have to be a Rock member to come through our doors.

Otherwise, it's a pretty steady week around here—and I'm perfectly okay with that.

We're continuing to work behind the scenes, improve what we already have and build what comes next.

As we head into Labor Day weekend, here's your reminder that you don't have to completely exhaust yourself before you're allowed to rest.
There will always be another task.
There will always be something that could be done.
Work hard. Build big things. Then make sure you're actually living some of the life you're working so hard to build.

Last week didn’t exactly go according to plan. We had to close, regroup and make some adjustments behind the scenes.

That’s the reality of being a very small, locally owned business. Sometimes life happens, and when there are only a few people keeping everything moving, you feel it right along with us.

Thank you for the grace.
Now we move forward.

This week at The Rock:

Our new member vending machine is being set up and should be stocked and ready later this week, giving our 24/7 members access to drinks, snacks, protein options and more even when we aren’t staffed.

Anchor Point continues to grow with our new menu, house-made syrups, fresh sourdough, sourdough bagels, English muffins and more.

Bell Haven is getting simpler booking, better recovery pairings, new breathwork options and more whole-body education so you don’t have to figure out recovery on your own.

Our public Discord continues to grow, and I currently have two Hybrid Coaching openings available.

🚨 Wheels & Coffee will be rescheduled.

If you know us, you know The Rock, Anchor Point Café, and Bell Haven Spa are very hands-on, owner-operated businesses. Amanda, our owner and operator, lives with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and ocular migraines. Earlier this week, she began dealing with a string of migraines that she hoped would pass. Unfortunately, they haven’t, and she needs the time to recover.

Because Amanda is an essential part of our day-to-day operations, all staffed hours will be closed today, Saturday, August 22. That also means we need to reschedule today’s Wheels & Coffee event.

We know people planned their Saturday around coming out, and we hate having to make this change. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of a very small, very hands-on local business.

24/7 gym access remains available to members as usual.

We’ll see you Tuesday at 9:00 AM when our staffed doors reopen, and we’ll announce the new Wheels & Coffee date as soon as we have it.
