We are so excited to be at the Taylorsville Apple Festival Saturday May 2nd!!
For the Taylorsville Apple Festival only, we are going to have apple pecan cinnamon waffles.

Please join us tomorrow, Saturday, March 21st, from 8:00 to 4:00 at Statesville High School. I will be unveiling several new additions to my menu, including a sausage waffle, a bacon sausage waffle, hot honey chicken, and habanero chicken.

12 weeks ago my Dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He has always supported me, he financed my food truck. I am blessed with amazing parents. Today was his birthday and he loves Paige's Plate but especially her grits. I was so happy she was out this morning and was able to get his grits for his birthday breakfast. I received this message from Paige today. Her food is delicious but most of all she's got a huge heart. Thank you to Paige and everyone else who has supported me through this difficult time.
