Free CATA passes for kids now? That's pretty cool. What an easy way to get to Downtown State College, especially on the weekends and special events when parking can be a little tricky. For the parents, its only $2.50 per trip, so for $5 you can take everyone downtown once you sign up in a CATA office with a school ID (by the way children under 40 inches always ride free anyway).
