One of Grace's featured dishes for Happy Valley Restaurant Week is Scippelle 'Mbusse.

Chef’s Note: This savory crepe soup really hit home for me as I grew up having it for Christmas every year. My mother would make a mountain of crepes the day before and roll them with cheese for the family to enjoy at Christmas dinner, pouring piping-hot chicken broth over the crepes, then sprinkling pecorino on top.

This year's theme is Restaurant Greatest Hits, and Grace at Carnegie House will be participating with three featured dishes:

• Burrata & Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes
