To Our Dear Community,

It is with profound sorrow that we share that our family, like millions of Venezuelans, is going through a time of immense grief following the devastating earthquake that struck Venezuela.

We have lost family members and friends, and some of our loved ones are still missing. La Guaira State, where I was born and raised, has been one of the hardest-hit regions, making this tragedy deeply personal for us.

We will continue serving you with the same care and warmth as always, but we kindly ask for your understanding if we seem a little quieter than usual in the days ahead. Your prayers, support, and kindness mean more to us than words can express.
