When I say we use our mixes for personal use ALL the time, I'm not exaggerating. I used our Dairy Free Chocolate Cake mix to make Chocolate Cupcakes for my youngest son's birthday party. They are soft, moist, and deliciously chocolatey 😋

Hi everyone! We have had a lot of new people join us in just the last week so I thought I would pop on and say thanks for joining the Liz's Mixes Family!

For those that have not met me in person my name is Lindsay Henkle, but everyone calls me Liz. I am a wife and mom of two wonderfully chaotic little boys, Lukas who is almost 4 and Leo who will be 1 next weekend.

I know a few of you have been here since the beginning, so you know all about how modge podge things looked then. In 2023 I started Liz's Mixes with a box full of quart size ziplock baggies, a black sharpie and a love for baking.
We have come a long way since then. I've changed bags, labels, printers, and our logo, TWICE. We have grown from our original 6 mixes to over 72! I'm proud of how far I've come and love that I can share this journey with all of you.

Remember that if you ever have any questions or you need advice about Dairy Free or Gluten-Dairy Free you can always send me a message. I might not be Speedy Gonzalez, but I promise you will always hear back from me!
