Summer is almost here! Come join us for opening day of the 2026 season, Friday May 15th!

There is a planned town wide power outage May 18th-21st. We will be closed those days and then open everyday after from 7am- 2pm.

We’ve been so grateful for the support of the Stanley locals and fire teams during this time of crisis. We’ve been doing our best to provide a place of refuge and community and positivity. This has been so rewarding but we have found impossible to sustain in this debilitating air quality. The smoke is too thick and we’ve decided to get some time away from the place we love and the thing we do….JUST FOR A WEEK. So Stanley Baking Co will be closed starting Monday, 9/2 and we’ll reopen Wednesday, 9/11. So in the meantime, we’ll be doing a daily, praying for blue skies ahead, and knowing that we’ll survive this together.
