🚨 NEW DINE-IN POLICY AT EVERYBODY EATS 🚨

Unfortunately, due to an increase in dine & dash incidents, we are making a small change to help protect our restaurant and staff.

💳 A valid credit/debit card will now be required to be placed on file BEFORE dine-in food orders are submitted.

Your card is NOT being charged upfront. It simply secures your open check while you dine. If you prefer to pay with cash, no problem—you may pay for your order in advance.

And because we are EVERYBODY EATS, this policy means exactly that—EVERYBODY. ❤️

We will NOT racial profile.
We will NOT decide who “looks suspicious.”
We will NOT pick and choose who has to provide a card.

The policy applies to ALL dine-in guests. Period.

We have cameras throughout our restaurant, but we’d much rather focus on providing great food and great service than dealing with unpaid checks.

We appreciate our amazing customers who continue to support our small business and understand why protecting it is so important. 🙏🏾❤️
