"Toasted ravs were a must. They had a classic recipe that hit all the right spots. Each of us enjoyed the house salad before we dived into our generous entrees. Dad got the veal marsala and could not stop complimenting the flavor of the sauce. Mom ordered her favorite, eggplant parmigiana, and it did not disappoint. I tried the fettuccine carbonara and boy am I going to be feeding off this for a couple of days."

Those guys on each end look familiar. Who else recognizes Marty Ronzio and Emil Pozzo from Rich & Charlie's? They were two of the OGs from The Pasta House Co.

That’s how a May 1980 newspaper article described the five owners of The Pasta House Co.

Five young men with friendships, roots on The Hill, experience in the restaurant business and a determination to make something of their own.

More than 45 years later, it’s pretty incredible to look back at this photo and this little piece of our history.

They wanted to make it. And what a story they created. 🍅❤️
