Max-Effort Mardi Gras

Max-Effort Mardi Gras A half day of competition hosted on Mardi Gras featuring feats of strength, fitness, food and beer. The partying usually wraps up around 4pm.

Max-Effort Mardi Gras is an atypical competition hosted by CrossFit Gambit. The victors are determined using 4-6 short events usually ranging from a few seconds to just a few minutes. Past events have included things like max unbroken pull-ups, best 500m row time, max clean and jerk, and highest box jump. This is for the crowd that wants to be a part of Mardi Gras without sacrificing their inner f

itness junkie and has no concern for parades and beads. Our event usually ends around 1pm and we have kegs on hand ready to tap.
