I’m excited to be partnering with for an intimate Sushi & Sake experience alongside nationally recognized sake expert Darryl Vennard.

Darryl will be guiding the sake journey throughout the evening, bringing depth, education, and storytelling to every pour in a way that’s both approachable and memorable.

On my end, I’ll be serving a curated sushi experience… the same attention to detail, flavor, and artistry that goes into my trays, just in a more intimate, seated setting.
