Wednesday-The BOBCAT- Root Beer Glazed Ham, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Provel Cheese, Grilled Onions Boom Boom Sauce and BANG Peppers. served on a Toasted Hoagie brushed with Garlic Oil

Thursday- THE CAPODELLA- Capicola, Mortadella, Ricotta Cheese Spread, House made Spicy Fig Jam with Calabrian Peppers, Arugula, and a splash of Vinegar/Olive Oil, on a warm House made FOCASSIA

Friday-MR. MORTMAN-House Made Pork Roast and Pastrami, Provel Cheese, Pickle, Onion, and Creole Mayo, on Pressed Hoagie.
