ATTN: As seen in The New York Times, here is this weekend's special at Tiny Chef:
Kimchi Carbonara!!!!
A generous portion of luscious Korean udon noodles tossed in a white wine, vegan butter, garlic, ginger, shallot and onion sauce, my vegan kimchi, chiffonade spinach, gochugaru pepper, scallions, and parmesan. I will also have vegan parmesan available! I HIGHLY recommend adding your favorite Tiny Chef protein and happy, sunny egg for an upcharge.
This is also the first dish I got to cook for my family in Korea. They loved everything and Omma especially loved helping me cook.
I'll have my trusty Bibimbap and Korean Street Tacos available as well. Get all three and share with family/friends in the true Korean way.
