Our thoughts and condolences on those affected by today’s storms in metro St. Louis.

Firefighters are still looking for trapped people as we speak. First responders don’t get enough credit for how hard their jobs are!

Please take tornado sirens seriously when you hear them and never go near a downed power line. Just because it’s on the ground doesn’t mean there isn’t still power to it.

Mother Nature has other plans again today. Risk of severe hail and rain from 5pm-10pm will cancel league games for the evening Thursday April 10th.

We will release the new weekly schedule for next weeks games Sunday night in the volleyballl group.

During the storms of the last week the telephone pole right above the entrance to the BAR 101 patio was pushed further into our building.

The utility companies are moving all their equipment to the newly installed utility pole that isn’t laying on our building so they can get the broken pole cut down.

This has caused the lights for the volleyball courts not to function. Our Tuesday and Wednesday leagues for this week will be rescheduled for double headers to next week.

Thursdays leagues should still be playable this week. April 10th 2025.

We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you all soon.

There’s still time to sign up for league nights but you must hurry if you want to be entered for a chance to have your league dues reimbursed to a randomly selected and sponsored team!

Wednesday April 2nd the forecast calls for tornadic and large hail events across the STL metro area.

Thursday - Sunday calls for extreme rain on all days with extreme flood warnings in place. Some forcasts are saying inches of rain daily on a few of those days.

The forecast for Tuesday April 8th -12th says all sunny at BAR 101 and looks like great weather to start the spring volleyball season as of right now!

We will allow teams to join until approximately April 15th ish?

All teams that join and wish to be considered will be placed in a hat April 16th and we will randomly draw a winner for a sponsorship from Real American Beer! They are going to give you merch to play on your chosen day and Bar 101 will return your seasonal entry fee!

We are working on even more sponsors and will announce those by April 16th as well.

Our fall season participants will be receiving merch and our agreed upon goodie packages!

This is still a work in progress and we cant wait to see all your smiling faces back at 101 as we get going again.

Spring league entry is 300 per team. Please put a team name, captain, contact number and email in the description with your entry fee.
