Twenty-five years later, these favorites are still on the menu. ❤️

This week, Bethany and AJ joined KMOV’s First Alert 4 to talk about our upcoming anniversary celebrations and a few recipes that have been with us since the beginning:

🍽️ Meatloaf served with au jus, whipped potatoes, green beans, yellow onion, and bacon.

🍆 Noodle-less Vegetarian Lasagna with zucchini, eggplant, carrots, red onion, yellow squash, goat cheese, and grated Parmesan, baked in tomato sauce.

🍞 Bread pudding, because we couldn’t leave out something sweet!

🍸 And, of course, our Urbantini: house-infused raspberry vodka, raspberry liqueur, pineapple juice, and ch*****ne frozen grapes.

So much has changed since 2001, but we still love making the dishes you keep coming back for. Thank you for giving us 25 years in Lafayette Square, St. Louis!

The secret to 25 years of SqWires? Our people. ❤️

“It doesn’t feel like it’s been 25 years, but at the same time, it also seems like it’s been 50,” Bethany told Town&Style. “It’s been pretty amazing to see how this place has grown and evolved.”

And when asked about the secret to our longevity? “It’s our amazing staff.”

We couldn’t agree more. To everyone who has cooked, served, welcomed guests and helped keep SqWires going over the years, thank you. You’ve made this place what it is.

As our anniversary month continues, we’re feeling all the feels! ❤️

Guess how many seasons we’ve shared with you, ? Twenty-five years adds up to 100 seasons of changing leaves, spring blooms, summer patio nights and snowy days in Lafayette Square.

And through every season, there’s been you.

Thank you to our staff, past and present. To our community and our neighbors. To everyone who has made SqWires part of their everyday lives and biggest celebrations.

And to my family, thank you for helping make this dream a reality 25 years ago.
