Meet Charlie Nguyen, Peacemaker’s new Executive Chef.

For Charlie, this promotion is the continuation of a story nearly a decade in the making.

Charlie has been part of Peacemaker for 8–9 years, and his first station was right where so much of the Peacemaker experience begins: oysters. He started behind the raw bar, learning the rhythm of the restaurant one shell at a time, and over the years worked his way through the kitchen, growing alongside the restaurant and becoming an integral part of the team.

Now, we’re incredibly proud to announce Charlie’s promotion to Executive Chef of Peacemaker.

There’s something especially meaningful about being able to promote from within. Charlie knows this restaurant because he has helped make it what it is—from shucking oysters and prepping for service to leading the kitchen today.

If you’ve eaten with us sometime during the last nine years, there’s a very good chance Charlie has had a hand in your meal.
