The Double-Decker is comprised of your choice of toppings betwixt two tasty layers of possibly unleavened dough. If you hear the word "double-decker" and images of eating competitions come to mind, have no fear, as the thinness of the doughs makes for two distinct dough textures within the confines of an otherwise normal sized pie.
