I wanted to provide you all with an update. We are now available at all Straub's Markets locations so you can go to the 4 corners of St. Louis to get you a cheesecake. Here are the offerings at the different locations:

And that's a wrap at . We sold out of all of our products. Thank you all for showing up and supporting us and all of the local businesses at the festival. Shout out to .stl .stl and the other vendors.
Special thanks goes to for casting the vision for a festival that truly embodies the creativity, quality, and innovation that the STL food scene has to offer. You are doing great and much needed work to build STL into a staple in the national food scene.

What's up everyone?
We have restocked our cheesecakes at and both locations so be sure to pick up some deliciousness for the weekend.
Tomorrow, we continue our with a demo at the Clayton location from 12pm - 2pm where we will be sampling our peach cobbler cheesecake. Sunday, we will be at the Town & Country location and will be sampling our Banana pudding cheesecake flavor.
So come out and support. Spring is here the sun is out so why not indulge in some cheesecake. Do it for yourself. You deserve it..... But seriously, come out and get this cheesecake. I'm not taking any of these samples home.

While we have been increasing our footprint in St. Louis, we wanted take a chance to answer the one question that we've been getting: I really want to try/purchase, but what does it taste like?
Well, you will now get a chance to have that question answered with our Straubs Series of demos. Starting this weekend until the end of the month, we will be at on Saturdays at the Clayton location (1:30pm - 3pm) and Sundays at the Town & Country location (12pm - 2pm) with samples for you all to taste and see and cheesecakes for purchase.
Easter's over, Lent's Over, Feast of Unleavened Bread's over and Ramadan's over. Come down to Straubs to get you a sample and see why if your desserts don't have our label, you gotta get them off the table.
