Just returned from my journey to London and you know I had to try Italian wood fired pizza. So I stopped by La Pietra on commercial street in London City. The pizza was fantastic, however I am not a fan of european style toppings. In my opinion, pizza may have been created in Europe but America has transformed it into something a bit more exciting. Great job La Pietra, but there is nothing like good old American pizza!
