I know I'm a little late, but I needed to catch up on much needed sleep after smoking so many Turkeys for Thanksgiving. I want to send special thanks out to Stacey Williams, Lamon Gregory Jim Mayer, Frank Corley, Margot Moinester, Brooke Browning Lima and countless others for allowing us to share in your holiday with a little smoked Turkey at the table f/family and friends. I especially enjoyed seeing nothing but bones left!

(Pickup time based on customer serving time for maximum freshness) Place your orders today via our website under "Specials". Due to unexpected high demand, the deadline is November 18th for all orders.
