Dear Pho Long patrons,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us about our re-opening.

As it turns out, there have been delays with our equipment suppliers (stainless steel shortage). We have missed a few dates for re-opening so have postpone posting a definitive date. We do hope to open late July but at this point we are at the mercy of our suppliers.

Thank you again, we really miss everyone and hope to see you soon!

Dear Pho Long friends and family!

As everyone is aware of the situation, we would like to take this time to post an update for our restaurants.

We are currently following federal and CDC guidelines via coronavirus.gov and https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/index.html to minimize community spread and encourage social distancing practices.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS A PROACTIVE, PREVENTIVE, GROUP EFFORT!

As such, we will be limiting dine-in services and suggest that our customers please order Carry-Out.

Our South City location will be providing free delivery services, please call
(314) 833-4333

In addition to our standard food service practices, we are taking extra measures to ensure the health and safety of everyone from our family, our staff, to you, our patrons.
We are educating our staff as well as provide additional to help contain and mitigate exposure. Our staff will not be working if they or others near them are experiencing any symptoms.

All service areas will be sanitized with recommended bleach solutions hourly.

Kitchen to table service will be fully gloved.

All third party delivery bags will be sealed with tamper proof tape to ensure food safety.

Federal, State, and Local guidance has been changing daily (if not hourly) so we will continue to keep you posted with any changes. This is still very new to us as we are adapting while trying to maintain our business to support all of those involved.
We encourage you to support other restaurants in the area. Restaurant employees are taking a huge hit. This is industry wide.
