I am a dedicated and passionate baker specializing in handcrafted desserts made from scratch. My focus is always on flavor, freshness, and a personal touch, with a particular specialty in cheesecakes, gooey butter cakes, brownies, and cookies.

Happy Thursday Bites Fans!
Teaser #3 and #4.

Teaser #3: Traditional 7 Layer Bars! This is a shout out to my coconut fans! These yummy bars are a rich, gooey dessert featuring graham cracker crust topped with chocolate and butterscotch chips, pecans, and coconut and baked to a rich, delicous, and golden brown! YUM!

Teaser #4: Brownie Sandwich Cookies with Peanut Butter Fluff! WOW! These are a decadent rich, fudgy chocolate brownie cookie exterior filled with soft, sweet peanut butter centers!

We are almost ready to introduce out new updated menu! Stay tuned for a BIG announcement tomorrow!

Teaser number 2! We bring you......................Carmelitas! These treats were my grandmothers absolutely favorite!
These bars are the perfect chewy, sweet and salty dessert!
We start with an Oatmeal-brown sugar layer and top it with caramel, chocolate, and pecans.. We snuggle all the yummy ingredients with another layer of the ooey gooey oatmeal topping!
YUM!
