We are SO excited to announce that Todd & Gretchen’s sister, Grace, has finally decided to join the family biz!

If you’re familiar with the restaurant scene in St. Louis, chances are you’ve heard of Grace. She’s been nominated for Best Chef in St. Louis multiple times and took home the win in 2023!

Having Gretchen & Grace with us is something I’ve wanted since the day we bought this place. Seeing these three together in our kitchen makes me pretty darn happy. So, watch out Oakville… the Dinsmoors have arrived!
