We’re looking for energetic, flexible, adaptable team members who are excited to deliver next-level customer service—not just pour a beer and take an order. Our taproom is growing and evolving, with table service, an expanding menu, and plenty of changes and opportunities ahead. We need people who are excited to tackle those changes head-on with a positive, team-first attitude.
Availability & Schedule
Part-time is the primary position, with full-time opportunities available and open for discussion for the right candidate.
We need team members who can commit to at least 3 days of availability every week. Flexibility is important, including the ability to work a variety of shifts.
Previous bartending, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Basic cocktail-making knowledge is a bonus! What matters most is your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and desire to take care of people.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help create a welcoming, high-energy environment where every guest feels seen, valued, and taken care of. That means:
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and making recommendations
- Learning and confidently talking about our beers, cocktails, and growing menu
- Providing attentive table service and staying aware of the entire taproom
- Anticipating guest needs instead of waiting for them to ask
- Keeping the bar, glassware, taps, and service areas clean and up to standard
- Keeping everything stocked, organized, and running smoothly
- Supporting your teammates and jumping in wherever you’re needed
- Embracing the changes and growth that come with being part of an evolving business 🚀
