❤️ The close of the fair is so bittersweet every year ❤️

🥩For 11 days, our work crews are our family and our customers - the center of everything we do It goes so fast every year and every fair brings its own unique memories that we carry with us always🥩

We truly can’t tell you how grateful we are for all of our customers - THANK YOU for making the last 11 days so great. Your loyalty and support over the last 53 years is never taken for granted 🫶🏻

To our work crews at both of our stands - we couldn’t do any of this without you!! From the first day you sling ribeyes you are a part of the Taft’s Mr Ribeye family for life! 🫶🏻.

🥩 If you’ve eaten with us a few times over the last 53 years it’s highly likely that our very own Ribeye Rick Swan has cooked you that delicious Ribeye Steak sandwich!

We’re celebrating Rick every day but special shout out this year. Not only was his birthday yesterday but this year is his 40th year cooking at Taft’s Mr Ribeye! A critical part of the Tafts Mr Ribeye family!

We truly couldn’t do it without you my friend!!
