Hello everyone. Just putting a feeler out. Anyone interested in Chicken Katsudon? This is a crispy, panko-breaded fried chicken cutlet (chicken katsu) that is sliced and gently simmered with thinly sliced onions and a beaten egg in a savory-sweet dashi broth.

The cool weather is coming so I’m just looking for some things I can have to go with the katsu curry.

Hello everyone. Just got confirmation the wonton wrappers came in today. The Crab Rangoon Nachos will be going live at 11 am Tuesday 9/22 at Metro Eats 2463 W Sunshine. Come early, when they sell out they will be done for the day. They do not freeze well. The wrappers crack. Also, they do not have gluten free wrappers. Sorry to my followers that can’t have gluten.
