Hello, valued customers. We have received some comments regarding poor service—specifically concerning Tuesdays, which you know are "Taco Tuesday." We believe we have done—and continue to do—our best; believe me, we strive to improve every day. However, sometimes a customer arrives in a rush or in a bad mood wich we understand but, even the slightest thing can be perceived negatively or interpreted as poor service.
We aren't perfect and do make mistakes, but it saddens when people speak to us disrespectfully, especially when any issue could easily be resolved.
Thank you again for your understanding, patience and preference.
