Chef Jason has been under the weather the last couple of days and is still recovering. To give him the time he needs to rest and get back to 100%, we will be closed today.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support. We look forward to serving you again soon and hope Chef Jason is back on his feet quickly.

🔥 New Hours Starting Tomorrow! 🔥

As summer is already in full swing, so is the summer heat!—especially inside a food truck! To help our team recharge and stay energized and not overheated—while serving you the best food, we will be adjusting our hours to include a break between lunch and dinner service.

🕚 Monday–Friday
11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
5:30 PM – 8:00 PM

🕛 Saturday
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

🚫 Sunday
Closed

This change allows our staff time to rest, cool down, and spend a little time with their families before jumping back into the evening rush. All scheduled catering and private events will continue as planned.

KBQ Family — we will be closed for a few days this week as we take our very first family vacation since opening almost 2 years ago! ❤️

We’re incredibly grateful for every one of you who has supported us along this journey. This little reset will help us recharge, spend time with family, and come back rested and ready to finish the summer strong! ☀️🔥

We will be closed today in observance of Memorial Day.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. We are deeply grateful to our veterans, active military, and especially those who gave their lives for the freedoms we have today.

May we never forget their courage, sacrifice, and the families who continue to carry their memory. 🇺🇸❤️
