Welcome to Van Gogh's! 💙🌻

We are Springfield's Dutch restaurant, located on historic Commercial St. We have a breakfast menu that you can order from all day, a selection of sweet and savory pancakes, unique soups and salads, a fully stocked dessert case, and a rotating menu of seasonal specials, as well as drinks 💙 We have Happy Hour on week days (we will be sharing more about our updated Happy Hour soon!), and offer special savings for our email newsletter subscribers. Not signed up yet? Visit the link in our bio and sign up on our website!

We have also dedicated a lot of time to making sure our menu is inclusive for our guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. We offer a vegan menu, gluten free options, and options for our Alpha Gal guests.

This savory pancake features beef shoarma, cheese, curry ketchup, cucumber, creamy garlic dill, tomato, pickled onion, and arugula. Sooo yummy, with such a unique flavor combination! 😋
