This savory pancake is made up of shrimp, pickled herring, smoked salmon, herbed cream
cheese, fried capers, pesto, and arugula, served on one of our delicious pancakes.

Our pancakes can be made gluten free or vegan upon request! Just talk to your server while ordering.

Welcome (and welcome back!) to Van Gogh's Eeterie! We've gotten a lot of new followers recently and wanted to tell you a bit more about us 🌻

VG was ispired by the time our owner Joe spent studying abroad and living in the port city of Rotterdam, along with a second trip years later to bring back more amazing dishes he learned about there.

Joe opened Van Gogh's Eeterie with his parents as a second culinary adventure from their ever popular and just down the street. Last year, Joe also opened the New Orleans inspired restaurant , also on Commercial Street.

We love to make your time at VG unique, delicious, and aesthetically pleasing. Whether you want to catch up with loved ones, enjoy a solo meal, study while drinking a delicious caffeinated beverage, or snap the cutest pics for the 'gram, Van Gogh's is a great spot for your next breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner 💙🌻
