You’d be a fool to pass on our B.A. BARACUS: we roast brisket for 12 hours, during which we whisper only *the best* A-Team quotes to said roast. After which, we slice it up, coat it in our house Rojo, top with onions, cilantro, and cotija. No need to jibba jabba on and on about it. It’s just good. 🌮
