Cervantes Coffee is an artisan roaster specializing in single origin coffees from Central America, South America, and Africa. For years we have worked with small producers and farmers to increase their abilities to access better markets and acquire much needed finance for their production needs. Today we are partnering with many of these farmers to bring their coffee directly to consumers. We are

slowly but surely moving to "farmer direct trade" and building new and exciting relationships through coffee.
