🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America. 🇺🇸
Today, we're thinking about this great nation... and the opportunities it has given millions of families, including ours.
Our parents, Tony and Sandy Cioffi, came to America from Italy at just 18 years old, arriving by boat with little more than hope, determination, and a belief in the American Dream.
Through decades of hard work, they built a life in the restaurant industry and, in 1981, opened Cioffi's of Springfield. What began as a family business became a place where neighbors became friends, generations of families gathered, and lifelong memories were made.
Everything Jerry and I have accomplished started with the values they taught us... work hard, stay humble, treat people right, and never forget where you came from.
As we celebrate 250 years of America, we're reminded that this country continues to reward perseverance, sacrifice, and the courage to dream.
From our family to yours, thank you, America... and thank you, Springfield, for allowing our family to be part of your lives for more than four decades.
We wish everyone a happy, healthy, and safe Fourth of July weekend.
