This 8 oz Burger is topped with caramelized onions, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, house-made aioli, and the star of the burger: Pig's Kitchen seasoning, a delicious Cajun Sicilian Seasoning made by one of our lovely homeowners, Justin Piglia! He is always so supportive of us (even played the Easter bunny for us one year), so we are happy to support him back!
