With the release of Ty Iechyd Da’s Songbird Skylark Gin, our team asked our mixologist at each of our venue locations to come up with their idea of the perfect Skylark cocktail and they did not disappoint!

Our BrewCo Bar Crew came up with the light and refreshing Skylark Sunrise comprised of our new Songbird Skylark Gin, agave syrup, grapefruit juice, orange juice and topped with club soda and an orange peel garnish.

This is the perfect cocktail for when you’re relaxing on our BrewCo patio in the evening or here for brunch on Saturday or Sunday.

All 6 of our locations will be serving their very own, created in house, signature Skylark cocktail…starting this week.
