A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MY AMAZING WIFE HAYLEIGH! 🇮🇹❤️ Adriano’s Pizzeria wouldn’t be what it is today without Hayleigh’s constant encouragement, love, and support. She has been by my side throughout this journey, believing in the dream even when things weren’t easy.

You may not see her very often at the pizzeria, and when you do, she’s probably surrounded by a bunch of little ones! 😂❤️ But behind the scenes, she’s always working hard—taking photos, brainstorming ideas, helping bring our vision to life, and doing so much more than most people realize.

Adriano’s is more than a pizzeria. It’s a family dream, and Hayleigh is a huge part of making that dream a reality. I’m incredibly grateful to have her by my side through it all.

FROM A DREAM TO ADRIANO’S PIZZERIA! 🇮🇹
In 2022, in the basement of the Assembly of God headquarters with a Blodgott oven, I began my pizzeria journey with a dream: to create pizza that tells a story. A story of my journey through the world of pizza—from California to New York, from Italy to Haiti, and now right here in Missouri.

Every place I’ve been, every experience I’ve had, and every person I’ve met has helped shape the passion I bring to every pizza we make at Adriano’s. My goal has always been to share more than just great pizza. I want to share a piece of my journey, my love for the craft, and the traditions and experiences that have shaped me along the way.

Today, I am incredibly honored to bring that passion to Missouri and share it with all of you. 🇮🇹🍕 To our amazing customers, family, friends, and the Strafford community: THANK YOU! ❤️ Your support, encouragement, and belief in this dream mean more to me than words can express. You are the reason we get to keep doing what we love every single day.
