Love an after-dinner coffee but not the 2 a.m. wide-awake part?

Our Mexico Decaf is a smooth, rich single origin, roasted just as carefully as everything else we make. All the ritual, none of the late-night buzz.

Hi, Springfield! I'm Nick, owner and roaster at Mosaic Coffee Roasters.

We started roasting here in 2022 with one simple goal: coffee that's fresh, roasted with care, and easy to brew well at home. Every bag is roasted in small batches, and we love helping you pick a coffee or dial in your brew. Questions? Drop them in the comments.

New to Mosaic? Start with our House Blend: sweet, fruity Guatemala meets smooth, creamy Brazil.
