Featured Liquor of the Week: Old Dominick Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey. Old Dominick is a family owned distillery out of Memphis, Tennessee founded in 1866. This bourbon is aged for 6 years in west Tennessee white oak barrels. The mash bill is 52% corn, 44% rye and 4% malted barley and comes in a whopping 123.44 proof. Come on in for a pour!
