Something new is coming to Old Bird Coffee.

Over the past few months, we’ve had several people ask if we would ever offer a decaf option. Well, we listened.

Soon we’ll be roasting our first Swiss Water Process Decaf—a naturally decaffeinated coffee that keeps the flavor while removing the caffeine.

Whether you’re cutting back, avoiding caffeine altogether, or just want a great cup later in the day, we’ve got you covered.

As always, it will be roasted fresh, in small batches, and crafted with the same care as every coffee that leaves the roastery.

Roast #100 ☕

Today I completed my 100th roast.

A few months ago, Old Bird Coffee was just an idea. Now, thanks to all of you, that idea has become 100 batches of fresh roasted coffee leaving this little roasting shed and finding homes across our community.

To everyone who has purchased a bag, shared a post, encouraged me, or simply cheered me on along the way—thank you.

You are the reason Old Bird Coffee exists.

As our flock grows, so does our ability to give back. From the beginning, we’ve committed to donating $1 from every bag sold to support organizations that care for birds of prey, starting with Glen Helen Raptor Center.

This milestone belongs to all of us.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Bonnie and I honored our veterans this morning by taking part in the annual Murph workout at BBFitness937. With my leg still healing from surgery, pushups were about all I could manage—but Bonnie and everyone who showed up absolutely crushed it today.

Thankful for those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙
