It's always a blast cooking in the studio with you.
We cooked up one of our families go-to meals for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner, eggroll bowl 🥣 🥢
This is a perfect recipe if you want an easy, quick and flavorful meal.

1lbs Ground Turkey
2 tbs sesame oil (any oil will work though)
1 bag Cole slaw mix
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup Soy Sauce or liquid coconut aminos
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 tbs Minced garlic
2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbs Gochujang paste
* Gochujang will add spice to the dish
Directions-
1)Cook ground turkey until browned.
2)Add onion powder & garlic powder to meat.
3) In separate bowl combine soy sauce (or coconut aminos), minced garlic, ginger, Dijon mustard & gochujang paste. Wisk until ingredients are combined (or throw everything into a mason jar and shake it around like I do 😉)
4) Add sesame oil, coleslaw mix, carrots & sauce to the meat.
5) Cook until ingredients are softened and well combined.
6) Enjoy as is or serve over a bed of rice.
*Once plated I like to top mine with green onion, sesame seeds and Sriracha 😋
