If we were to count down the time until our store opens, there would only be 2 weeks left.

*No matter what job you do, there are always people who deserve gratitude, right?????

There is so much to do in next week, so let me just say thank you to everyone right now.
(Because we don't want any missed on our part)
* Tim & Arthur The Solomon Group - Arthur Solomon - Coldwell Banker Heritage were the first to provide information about opening sushi being established in Downtown.
* After that, it was Mr. Pat Williams & Ms. Nancy Thomas Williams who helped shape & appearance the entire scene to make Sushi Hikari come to life.
* We will never forget “CoHatch” in allowing us to be in the middle of the building and allowing our family to stand safely under your umbrella for these 6 years.

Some customers want to confirm our Food Truck.
YES 👉 Fully Cooked Sushi Food Truck is same our family business and running by Chef Jaw Say.
Mostly Lunch time Parking at Yellow Spring Corner Cone Dairy Bar and Evening time are mostly Breweries.
We never parking before of the time in downtown area Springfield because of according to our agreement verbally with our landlord.
After August 25, closing the Sushi Restaurant, our food truck can be park and service anywhere of Downtown Springfield area.
So, if you or your office want to invite or do you want some space to park our Fully Cooked Sushi Food Truck, please message or comment below.

In these 3 weeks,
only one “Sushi Hikari” has been left, and open alone.
It is natural for people to come and go alone with their own lives.
I don't know the feelings of those who left, but the feelings that I left only one is heartbreaking.
I am very sad and hurt.
We were happy when we came in, we were doing our best to start our business that very narrow space.
(We worked to make our small business and build our “Sushi Hikari” brand a success just only removing the light pole in the middle. All of Springfield community peoples were happy to eat sushi make by like that very small space)
but I am really sad to have to leave like that situation. I’m understanding that the tenants will have to leave one day”.
But no one wants this kind of ending, right?
Please answer me…….

This week seems to be a week of saying good byes😭 Today is the last day OH! Boba and Sushi Hikari will be neighbors.

In just three short years, we shared so many memories together. We celebrated the good days, supported each other through the difficult ones, and in the end, we became the last two businesses standing in Myers Market. Somewhere along the way, we stopped being just neighboring businesses and became like sisters.

They say every ending is a new beginning, and we believe that’s true for us too. Even though we won’t be working side by side anymore, we’ll always be part of each other’s lives. Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the friendship we’ve found, and the new chapters waiting for both of us. ❤️
