Pre-orders must be paid at the time the order is placed unless you are paying with cash. All orders not paid in advance are on a first come first serve basis. Orders that are placed but not picked up or paid for will be subject to resale. Orders that a

re paid for but not picked up by the end of the week will be refunded and subject to resale unless other arrangements have been discussed.
